If something goes wrong with your Toastley product, we fix it — simply and fairly. Complete the warranty claim form with the required details and a short video of the fault, and our technical team will review your claim and get back to you within 5 business days.
What's covered
All Toastley toasters and electric kettles include a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of delivery — covering any defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use.
What's not covered
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty.

Complete the claim form with your order number, a description of the problem, and a video of the fault. We'll arrange a free replacement or repair.
