Toastley Return Policy

Any purchase made directly through the Toastley.com website can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. 

You must return the item within 30 days of purchase, in its original packaging, in new condition, along with the original receipt. All shipping must be arranged by you, including shipping costs. Please note that we recommend purchasing trackable shipping, as Toastley is not responsible for lost packages. 

Return Exceptions:

To qualify for a refund, the item and all included parts must be received in new and unused condition. Items showing signs of usage or physical damage will either be ineligible for a refund or may receive a reduced refund at Toastley’s discretion.

Defective items can be replaced within Toastley’s one-year warranty period. Please contact our support team for a warranty replacement (verification of the issue and proof of purchase must be provided).

2. Do I pay for return shipping?

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment 8-10 business days after receiving the returned item in new condition and original packaging.

4. What happens if my credit card is lost or expired?
Inform our customer services about the lost or expired card when initiating the refund process. Refunds can then be issued in another acceptable form.

5. What happens if my product stops working after the return period?
All Toastley products purchased new in the box come with a one-year warranty. Contact our support team for resolution as per the warranty claim procedure mentioned in the product manual.

6. What if I find the product for a cheaper price?
Unfortunately, Toastley does not participate in price matching. No refunds will be issued if a lower price is found elsewhere.

7. Will the shipping charge paid on the original order be refunded?
No, the shipping charge on the original order will not be refunded. 

8. Can I cancel my order?
No, Toastley has a strict no-cancellation policy once the order has been submitted.
